Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to addresses within Canada only.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees: We do not charge shipping fees.
- All applicable costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
- You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is completed.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days (Monday-Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time is 12:00 EST
- Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on non-business days begin processing the next business day.
Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated transit time: 4–6 days (Monday-Friday).
- Total expected delivery timeframe: 5–9 business days from the date your order is placed.
- Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Dispatch and Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking is included with all orders when available.
- Your tracking number and a tracking link will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
- You can track your shipment directly through our Track Your Order page.
Order Cancellations
- Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nimelora.com.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@nimelora.com promptly after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the item and packaging (where applicable)
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which includes a free replacement or a full refund.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

- High-volume or peak shopping periods
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier or transportation disruptions
Please allow an additional up to 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.
